Terms & Liability

Assumption of Risk. Attendance at Bella Vista Music Club events and premises, by members and non-members alike, involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, property loss or damage, and exposure to loud music and crowded spaces. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any guests you bring.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and any accompanying guests, release Bella Vista Music Club, its owners, members, staff, volunteers, and hosts from any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at this event or your presence on club premises, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo & Media Release. This event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, whether as a member or guest, you consent to the use of your likeness in any resulting photos, video, or promotional materials without compensation.

Personal Property. Bella Vista Music Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property belonging to members or guests.

Conduct. Bella Vista Music Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest or member at its sole discretion for conduct that disrupts the event or violates house rules or club policies.

Refunds & Changes. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the event host. Event details, including lineup and location specifics, are subject to change.

Membership Terms. This waiver applies in addition to, and does not replace, the terms and conditions agreed to as part of Bella Vista Music Club membership.
