By accessing or using the Bella Vista Music Club website at bellavistamusicclub.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

About Bella Vista Music Club

Bella Vista Music Club is a private, nonprofit social club organized under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. Membership is by application only and is subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the club. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of membership or a guarantee of acceptance.

Membership Applications

Submitting a membership application through this site does not guarantee membership in Bella Vista Music Club. All applications are reviewed in accordance with club bylaws and policies. The club reserves the right to accept or decline any application without stating a reason, as is consistent with its status as a private membership organization. Application fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Approved members are subject to the Club Rules and any additional policies adopted by the club from time to time. By applying for membership, you agree to abide by those rules if your application is accepted.

Tickets and Event Purchases

Ticket sales for live performances and club events are processed through Wix Events. The following terms apply to all ticket purchases:

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation by Bella Vista Music Club.

• Event cancellations. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a refund or credit toward a future event, at the club's discretion.

• Postponements. If an event is postponed, original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund requests for postponed events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Ticket transfers. Tickets may be transferred to another person at the purchaser's discretion. Bella Vista Music Club is not responsible for tickets transferred through third parties.

• Entry. Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the holder is in violation of club rules or applicable law.

Volunteer Sign-Ups

Volunteer sign-ups submitted through this site are expressions of interest and do not constitute a binding commitment by the club to schedule or utilize any volunteer for a specific event. The club will contact volunteers in advance of events for which they are needed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, audio, and video — is the property of Bella Vista Music Club or its content contributors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this site without prior written permission from Bella Vista Music Club.

The Bella Vista Music Club name, logo, and related marks are the property of the club and may not be used without written authorization.

User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or form

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the site

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site through automated means
